What is the Pro Rewards Program?
The Pro Rewards program is designed specifically for the benefit of our active recurring customers, rewarding their ongoing commitment to our cleaning services. The Pro Rewards Program offers various savings and the opportunity to earn points for discounts and free services.
What discounts are available under the Pro Rewards Program?
After completing at least 1 house cleaning with the 2-hour requirement, you will receive the following discounts:

How do I earn points in the Pro Rewards Program?

General Spending: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on house cleaning services. For example, a $190 cleaning service earns you 190 points. The points will double once the customer has entered the Silver Tier, and triple when they reach the Gold Tier.

Site Membership: Earn 50 points by becoming a site member at www.housecleaningprosaz.com.

Referrals: Earn 50 points and a 20% discount on your next cleaning for every successful referral​
How can I redeem my points?
Once you have earned a Pro Reward, you will receive an automated email notification. To claim your reward, please contact us by phone, text, or email. The discount will be applied to your next invoice.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months.
Will I receive all rewards as I reach each tier?
Yes, as you reach each tier, you accumulate rewards. For example, when you reach 2500 points, you will have earned both the Bronze and Silver tier rewards, totaling $50 off your following cleaning. When you reach 4000 points, you will have earned the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier rewards, totaling $110 off.
How do I track my points?
As a site member, you can track your points, as well as view all your current and past bookings, by logging in at www.housecleaningprosaz.com.
