When Applying, Please Consider Our Job Position Parameters

The following is a sample of what we ask from our team members

Qualifications:

  • Must be punctual to the coordinated carpool site and client’s residence.

  • Must be able to clean until the job is completed. This could be up to 6 hrs. at a time, which includes: walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, lifting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.

  • Able to lift and carry 25+ pounds of cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Able to take direction from Supervisor.

  • Can work both independently and as part of a team environment.

  • Follow and implement all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

  • Good at organizing, solving problems, and attention to detail.

  • Good work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Can communicate well (multiple languages are an asset). We encourage applicants who can effectively communicate in English, as it is a valuable skill for success in this position. It is important for our cleaning consultants to communicate with clients in order to meet their needs.

  • Experience using scheduling apps (training can be provided).

  • May perform other duties as assigned (including maintenance of equipment & supplies).

  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset.

Position

CLEANING CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Completing light cleaning duties according to the provided checklists. See a sample of the checklist and required cleaning that is to be performed here.

  • Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality.

  • Work with minimal supervision.

  • Assessing a client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per the client’s wishes.

  • Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect.

  • Regularly confirm with fellow team members the following week’s schedule and coordinate transportation. Good communication is key.

Position

LEAD CLEANING CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

In addition to the duties a Cleaning Technician performs, a Lead Technician will also:

  • ​​Supervise cleaning technicians and provide training and support to them as needed.

  • Perform final home inspection by ensuring all jobs on the task sheet were completed to the standard.

  • Collecting payments from clients when required.

  • Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management.

  • Check-in with the team and supervisor for daily check-in at the start of the shift (Briefing).

  • Provide a summary of the end-of-day (Debriefing) by leaving a voicemail or sending a quick text to the supervisor.

  • Ensure that your team is stocked with cleaning supplies and all necessary equipment.

    • Complete daily inventory checks (ensure you have all supplies to complete jobs for the day).

  • Transport all equipment and supplies from each visit.

  • Ensure supplies are clean and ready at the end of the work week or as needed.

  • Ensure that the vacuum is well-maintained and in good operating condition.
